Dance Revolt Panelist Spotlight #1 – Cailen English-Sufrin

“After being diagnosed with Anxiety and stress disoders in high school, it was important for me to find a way to maintain my mental health. Dance was always a way for me to relax and enjoy myself and for this reason, it turned to dance as my way to cope with what life had to throw at me. Once I began my Bachelor studies at the University of Toronto it was even more important for me to find a way to control my stress and anxiety, and found this through the University of Toronto Dance Club, where I was able to expand on my love of dance, taking classes like bellydance and salsa. Currently the President of the Dance Club, I hope to bring the same passion and love for dance to others.”
