Dance REVOLT Registration Submission Confirmation

You have successfully completed your registration for Dance REVOLT 2016

Entries from the first 150 students will be accepted. A waiting list will be created if necessary. If we do not receive enough registrations with 1 week of the event, the number of workshops may be reduced.

Final payment for registration is due by 1 week prior to the event date, if we do not receive your full payment by this date, your school will not be able to attend the workshop.

Registration payments being paid by cheque must be payable to: Just BGRAPHIC Inc or alternatively  you can pay through the TDSB Accounts Payable Dept

This event is restricted to Middle and High Schools ONLY. (This event is NOT OPEN to the public). Only teachers, staff and principals are permitted to register their school's students. All submitted registrations will be checked and verified by a Just BGRAPHIC staff.

The Process

Register Online

Teachers, please register your students by completing the online form. You will receive a registration confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email: revolt@justbgraphic.org or call 416-746-6524

Temporary Hold

Within 48 hours of your online registration you will receive a phone call from a Just BGRAPHIC staff member. They will verbally confirm the details of your registration including ALL student names, grades and t-shirt sizes. Once these details are reviewed, we will send you an invoice to be forwarded to your Principal for final approval.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of a signed invoice or final payment from your Principal, you will receive a confirmation email with students names, t-shirt sizes and workshop day itinerary.
