In partnership with @adfrntbooklist we designed a full day literacy conference centred on Sistah Souljah’s book #coldestwinterever #midnightiii. Workshops aimed to inspire critical thinking and challenging conversation around identity was filled with 160+ bodies. A safe space where we discussed sexuality, stereotypes, family and community. Using the arts as a means to communicate, learn and grown.
