Our artist residency program is offered, yearly (Oct – April), semesterly and monthly to middle and high schools. The program is offered only on Wednesday and Thursdays between 9am – 5pm. The program is designed in partnership with the school to ensure the academic support, art projects, workshops and special guest align with the schools long-range learning plan.
The programs are delivered by our licenced instructors along with current teacher candidates from York University.
PLC days are great opportunities for teachers to learn with their peers. We provide full-day in-class programming for an entire grade cohort. The day includes homework support, DPA, and art classes.
Turn the artist residency into a SHSM placement with more time and learning opportunities for students. Offer you students multiple SHSM certification, short term projects and or long term projects.
