VX3 Exchange and by extension VIBE105 FM promises to make positive differences in the lives, safety and well-being of our Black communities. Through our policies, everyday practices and our relationship with stakeholders, partners and community members, we strive to equip and empower our most vulnerable communities through trainings and provide varied multimedia platforms to amplify under/misrepresented voices.
We echo the sentiments of millions of voices and extend our support for calls to increase Black representation, establish accountability mechanisms in organizations to help dismantle systemic racism and invest in anti-racism literacy and practices.
Anti-racism realization exists not only in large protests but in the small choices we make every day as community leaders, individuals, broadcasters, audiences, contributors and participants in combatting anti-Black rhetoric.
