This exciting event is a great way to build community around dance education, promote positive peer culture, and expose students to a range of African Diasporic dance forms like Hip Hop, Dancehall, Soca, Latin dance, and Step Dance.
The Just BGRAPHIC team will provide all the resources necessary for the day including certified instructors and staff to manage registrations, t-shirt orders, payments, audio equipment set-up, and volunteer management. Students who volunteer will be rewarded with hours and a letter to affirm their efforts. SHSM students have the added bonus of receiving their certification on the day itself!
At this conference we’ll bring together students from your community of schools to share experiences and explore these unique dance styles in an encouraging atmosphere. We recognize how busy teachers are so we want to make it as easy as possible for you – all that’s required is securing space for the conference and inviting your community of schools to attend! We take care of the rest – staffing, resources, set up and clean up – so you can relax knowing that everything’s taken care of.
